人才队伍(wǔ )建(jiàn )设是(shì )提(tí )升托育服务质(zhì )量的保(bǎo )障。面(miàn )对(duì )当前(qián )托育专业人才短缺这一(yī )瓶颈(jǐng ),长沙师范(fàn )学(xué )院学(xué )前教育学(xué )院院长张(zhāng )晓(xiǎo )辉建(jiàn )议,从教师专业(yè )标准(zhǔn )体系建设出发,将(jiāng )托育机(jī )构师(shī )资纳入其中,提高托育服务专业化水(shuǐ )平(píng );从(cóng )学(xué )历提升和(hé )专业成长(zhǎng )考虑,拓宽专(zhuān )业人员(yuán )发(fā )展路径(jìng ),增强(qiáng )托(tuō )育机构(gòu )从业人员(yuán )对职(zhí )业的归(guī )属感、荣誉感。
