在这个时(shí )节(jiē )该(gāi )如(rú )何调理养生?宋曙霞认为,在饮食上可(kě )多(duō )吃有芬芳(fāng )气味的(de )蔬(shū )菜(cài ),如韭菜、香菜、葱(cōng )、蒜、荠菜、香椿等,以(yǐ )疏肝柔(róu )肝(gān )。另外(wài ),俗语(yǔ )称(chēng )“春日(rì )吃(chī )春芽”,也(yě )就(jiù )是说(shuō )这个季节(jiē )可吃(chī )鲜绿(lǜ )的嫩(nèn )芽(yá ),比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴(wō )苣等,禁食或少食辛辣刺激食(shí )物(wù ),以(yǐ )免肝火(huǒ )上炎(yán )。
