在这(zhè )个时节该如何(hé )调理(lǐ )养(yǎng )生?宋(sòng )曙霞认为,在(zài )饮食上(shàng )可(kě )多(duō )吃有芬(fēn )芳气味的蔬菜(cài ),如韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜、荠菜(cài )、香椿等,以(yǐ )疏肝柔肝。另(lìng )外,俗(sú )语称“春(chūn )日吃春芽”,也就(jiù )是说(shuō )这个季节可吃(chī )鲜(xiān )绿(lǜ )的嫩芽(yá ),比(bǐ )如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣(jù )等,禁(jìn )食或少(shǎo )食(shí )辛辣刺激食(shí )物,以免肝(gān )火(huǒ )上炎。
