在这个(gè )时节(jiē )该如何调理养(yǎng )生?宋曙霞认为(wéi ),在(zài )饮食(shí )上可多(duō )吃有芬芳(fāng )气味(wèi )的蔬菜(cài ),如韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜、荠菜、香(xiāng )椿等,以(yǐ )疏(shū )肝柔肝。另(lìng )外,俗语(yǔ )称“春(chūn )日吃春(chūn )芽”,也(yě )就是说这(zhè )个(gè )季(jì )节(jiē )可(kě )吃鲜绿(lǜ )的嫩芽(yá ),比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣(jù )等,禁食(shí )或少(shǎo )食辛(xīn )辣(là )刺激食物,以免(miǎn )肝火上(shàng )炎(yán )。
