在(zài )这(zhè )个时节(jiē )该如(rú )何调理(lǐ )养生(shēng )?宋曙霞(xiá )认为,在饮食(shí )上(shàng )可多(duō )吃有芬芳气味的蔬(shū )菜(cài ),如(rú )韭菜、香菜(cài )、葱、蒜、荠菜、香(xiāng )椿等,以疏(shū )肝柔肝。另外(wài ),俗语(yǔ )称(chēng )“春(chūn )日吃春芽(yá )”,也(yě )就是(shì )说这个季节可吃鲜绿的嫩芽(yá ),比如豆芽、蒜苗(miáo )、豆苗、莴苣等(děng ),禁(jìn )食(shí )或少食辛辣刺激食物,以(yǐ )免(miǎn )肝(gān )火上炎。
