在(zài )这个(gè )时节该如何调理养生(shēng )?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在饮食上(shàng )可多吃有芬芳气味的蔬菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜(cài )、香(xiāng )菜、葱、蒜(suàn )、荠菜(cài )、香(xiāng )椿等,以疏(shū )肝(gān )柔肝。另(lìng )外(wài ),俗语(yǔ )称“春(chūn )日吃(chī )春芽(yá )”,也就(jiù )是(shì )说这个季节可(kě )吃鲜(xiān )绿的嫩(nèn )芽,比(bǐ )如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣等,禁(jìn )食或少(shǎo )食辛辣刺激(jī )食物,以免(miǎn )肝火上炎(yán )。
